The Automatic Metering Infrastructure (Ami)
The automatic metering infrastructure (AMI) system consisting of the smart keypad prepayment meter and associated communication modules, the communication transmission network and an AMI back-office information technology (IT) system is supported by a back-end IT service maintenance team to maintain a seamless operation of the sub-metering e-payment system.
